Junior Electoral Conflict Prevention Consultant

UNDP in Belgium is looking for a junior consultant to participate in joint EU-UNDP projects aimed at electoral conflict prevention and mitigation.

Junior consultant’s duties:

  • content development of the Sustaining Peace through Elections Activity Toolbox;
  • support the implementation of early warning systems through electoral conflict prevention projects;
  • close cooperation with the IT company maintaining the project website and oversee proper content display;
  • assist in finalizing the Sustaining Peace through Elections e-learning module in close cooperation with the IT company providing technical solutions and ensure content update based on feedbacks;
  • assist in providing ongoing support to all EU-UNDP electoral project formulations in close cooperation with UNDP Country Offices;
  • assist in planning and implementation of relevant meetings, conferences and other events;
  • assist in drafting and developing regular and ad-hoc reports, as well as other documentation.
