International Consultant for SMART City Conceptualization

UNDP Moldova is looking for an International Consultant for SMART City Conceptualization to facilitate the transformation of Ungheni and Cahul (small and medium-sized cities) into SMART Cities.

Scope of work:

• Assessment of the local development strategies and plans, including needs assessment for the SMART development of the focal regions;
• Define the concept, approach and roadmaps for the smart sustainable city for Ungheni and Cahul regions.
