International Consultant on Innovation Ecosystem

UNDP Kyrgyzstan is looking for an International Consultant to facilitate intensive knowledge exchange on scaling business-lead technology solutions.

Consultant’s duties:

• Conduct comparative analysis between Russia and the Kyrgyz Republic and prepare recommendations for the Kyrgyz Republic covering the following topics:

- Main challenges and opportunities for developing innovation ecosystem;
- Key factors of the growth of innovation ecosystem;
- Ways of attracting investments;
- Infrastructure of innovation;

• Conduct 3 webinars for national beneficiaries.
