UNDP Armenia is looking for an International Consultant-Terminal Evaluation of Green Urban Lighting project in Armenia.
The consultant’s duty will be to frame the evaluation effort using the criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact, as defined and explained in the UNDP Guidance for Conducting Terminal Evaluations of UNDP-supported, GEF-financed Projects.
Deadline for application 15 April.
