International Expert on GHG Inventory and Mitigation Measures Impact Assessment

UNDP Armenia is looking for an international consultant will contribute to the improvement of the quality of reporting to the UNFCCC and implementation of Armenia’s commitments to the Paris Agreement through providing corresponding consultations to improve quality of National GHG Inventory, Mitigation Measures Impact Assessment.

Consultant’s duties:

• Perform quality control of GHG Inventory to ensure its continuous improvement and to align it more with principles of transparency, accuracy, consistency, completeness, and comparability;
• Formulate clear recommendations to address the issues aimed at the further improvement of the National GHG Inventory Reports of Armenia;
• Ensure quality control and analysis of data collected on mitigation measures implemented/envisaged in Energy Sector;
• Identify constraints, gaps and needs to improving reporting under UNFCCC.
