International Consultant for Preparing the Final Evaluation of ESERE Project. Application Deadline extended

UNDP Albania is looking for an International Consultant to help analyze the implementation of the project “Economic and Social Empowerment for Roma and Egyptians - a booster for social inclusion" (ESERE), the impact and changes that have occurred within beneficiaries and systems, identify problems and constraints that have been encountered, identify important lessons to be learnt and make recommendations for the implementation of future projects.

Fluency in English language is required.

Deadline for application is December 21, 2018.
