Russian expert developed a course on business Russian for Tajik entrepreneurs

Maria Lebedeva, Head of the Research Laboratory of Innovative Teaching Tools of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute developed a training program on "Business Russian for entrepreneurs of Tajikistan." The course was developed based on an analysis of the needs of entrepreneurs in Tajikistan and the specifics of doing business. The expert assignment was implemented under the project "Knowledge management and capacity building in Russia-UNDP partnership".
From 15 to 19 January 2018, Maria Lebedeva was on a working visit to Tajikistan to present and discuss the developed training course. The expert conducted trainings for teachers of interested universities and business schools. On January 16, a training was held for teachers of the Kulyab State University and coaches of business schools in the region. On January 17, a training was held for teachers of the Tajik National University, the Russian-Tajik Slavic University, the Young Entrepreneurs Club of Tajikistan, business schools and other universities. Several business schools and universities are already planning to introduce the developed course into their curriculum.
During the trip, meetings with interested parties were also held and agreements were reached on the future cooperation of the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute with partners from Tajikistan, including the Russian-Tajik Slavonic University.
