Russian expert facilitates Tajik youth to become IT specialists
In January 2020 Ilnaz Gilyazov, a Russian IT expert and course director at the University of Internet Professions “Netology” visited Dushanbe to meet with IT stakeholders and conduct a course on Front-end and Golang for beginner-level developers.
Ilnaz Gilyazov presented the course aimed at grooming specialists ready to work in IT fields immediately after graduation. As a result, 8 out of 44 students were selected for hiring to Alif Bank OJSC.
The expert also shared knowledge on IT product development by conducting an open lecture in Dushanbe on 26th January. The topic attracted a lot of young people, which outlines the growing interest of youth to the ICT sector in Tajikistan.
His work was marked as comprehensive and contributing to the engagement of Tajik youth with the ICT sector in the country which will foster economic development and make a positive impact on educational system.
The expert assignment is implemented within the framework of the project "Knowledge Management and Capacity Building in the UNDP-Russia Partnership".
