Russian experts and institutions will provide online support to the CIS countries

The Russian Experts on Demand Programme finalized the assessment of 26 applications for individual and institutional online consultancy. As a result, 20 new assignments in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan were accepted for financing.
Russian experts and institutions will provide support in a wide range of spheres, such as energy efficiency, urban development, digital innovations, statistics and many others.
The new round of the Programme will be implemented online as a response to COVID-19 induced travel restrictions and will support countries in their efforts for socio-economic development.
Russian Experts on Demand Programme is a part of the Knowledge Management and Capacity Building in UNDP-Russia Partnership project. Since 2017 more than 60 assignments were implemented.
