Russian company developed a 3D Video to promote healthcare reform in Uzbekistan
A Russian company has developed an innovative 3D video designed to promote the country’s healthcare reform for UNDP Uzbekistan. The video simplifies the understanding of this complex policy initiative and strengthens support among decision-makers, international partners, and donors.
Utilizing advanced technologies such as 3D animation and motion graphics, the video showcases the architecture of Uzbekistan’s national supply chain management (SCM) reform. This includes the operational structure of the National SCM Centre, a network of 14 regional centres, a unified digital platform, a specialized customs post, a cold chain logistics system, and a National Training Platform for over 4000 specialists. The video calls for support for the reform, which is focused on improving Uzbekistan’s healthcare system by increasing its transparency and ensuring equitable access to vital medicines for the population.
The project was developed in strict accordance with UNDP branding standards and reflects the key policy frameworks of the reform: Presidential Resolution No. PP-408 of November 29, 2024, and the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy. The video is being used as a flagship tool for promoting healthcare reform and mobilizing resources. It is planned that the material will be presented to at least 100 policymakers, partners, and donors through UNDP’s communication channels.
The work of the Russian company is implemented with the financial support of the Russian Federation within the framework of the project "Knowledge Management and Capacity Development in the UNDP-Russia Partnership".
