What is RCF?

Russian Challenge Fund (RCF) identifies promising innovations that leverage Russian know-how in the CIS region and beyond.

RCF was launched in 2021 and provided smart solutions for transformation of vocational education systems in Azerbaijan, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan.
