UN Volunteer Data and knowledge management analyst

UNRCO in Jordan is looking for a UN Volunteer Specialist in data and knowledge management.

UN Volunteer duties:

Contribute to ensure coherent and collective support by the UN Country Team to the Jordanian Department of Statistics with a view to enhancing capacities to collect, analyze and manage data especially to monitor implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
Contribute to the development of guidance and training in the area of SDG indicators and data collection under the responsibility of the Data Committee;
Develop a Prevention Information Platform and ensure monthly data collection around a number of SDG indicators from different sources, enter the data in that platform, and prepare resulting analysis for monthly presentation of trends and patterns to the UNCT;
Contribute to the establishment of a knowledge management hub by backstopping the selection, collection, uploading and presentation of online content by different actors on selected thematic areas.
