Vacancy of a consultant on capacity building of the staff of committees of medical and social expertise

Specialists for medico-social expertise and rehabilitation are invited to cooperate to advise and train the staff of the Commission on Medical and Social Expertise of Armenia.
Training should include the following aspects:
- General, methodological, international legal issues of medical and social expertise (MSE) and rehabilitation.
- The international classification of functioning, life and health (ICF) and the practical application of the ICF in the assessment process.
- In-depth consideration of MSE issues and rehabilitation in accordance with the clinical specialty of the doctor - in three parallel groups, on topical issues of medical and social expertise and rehabilitation with nervous, psychological, internal and surgical diseases.
- In-depth consideration of procedures and features of the provision of auxiliary tools and technologies, rehabilitation facilities and equipment, including medical and social criteria for the designation of these tools and their technical descriptions (parameters).
Training will be conducted for a general group of specialists involved in the process of assessing the degree of disability, including: medical social experts, rehabilitation physicians, social workers and ergotherapists (occupational therapy).
Duration of assignment: 20 working days for 3 months, including a trip to Armenia for 5-10 working days.
