International Consultant to conduct training for national trainers on developing entrepreneurial skills of the target youth

UNDP Turkmenistan is looking for an International Consultant who will provide input on the development of the Manual for a Young Entrepreneur, design, prepare modules and conduct a TOT (Training of Trainers) for potential national trainers in pilot sites on entrepreneurial skill development.

Main duties:

• Provide input to the development of a Manual for young entrepreneurs for the programme to meet the requirements of the subject programme;
• Design, prepare and conduct a 3-day TOT for potential national trainers in pilot sites on working with the target youth to include the following: 1. Entrepreneurship, 2. Basics of business, 3. Marketing plan, 4. Sales, 5. Plan of production and service, 6. Finance, 7. Investment plan, 8. Organization and management plan, 9. Preparation of trainers to set up and conduct further trainings for the target youth to pilot the programme.
• Develop a final report on the TOT and recommendation.
