International Consultant on Local Governance in Uzbekistan

UNDP Uzbekistan is looking for an International Consultant to provide strategic guidance regarding the implementation of all the initiatives related to local governance and public service delivery at the local level.

Consultant’s duties:

• Policy advice in the sphere of enhancement of local governance and improvement of local government institutions in the public service delivery;
• Strategic guidance and technical advice for the improvement of the legal framework for local governance in Uzbekistan;
• Guidance and technical advice for the preparation of manuals/guidebooks and for organizing training for local government officials.
