International expert to develop guidelines for the development of digital learning resources

UNDP Azerbaijan is looking for an international expert to support the modernization of VET institutions in Azerbaijan to deliver competency-based training in order to increase the attractiveness and labor market relevance of VET.

Duties:

• Elaboration of guidelines for the development of digital learning resources, including assessment tools and handbook for the evaluation of quality criteria of digital learning resources, including assessment tools;

• Conduct relevant online training courses (5 trainings, each training for 1 day for 15 participants) and further support for the involvement of professionals in the process.

Deadline for application is February 28, 2021.
