Expert on digital literacy among women in Gagauzia with a focus on employability and entrepreneurship development

UNDP Moldova is looking for an International Consultant to propose digital literacy framework for women’s employability and entrepreneurship development for increasing women's access to decent and higher value jobs.

Consultant’s duties:

• Review existing policies/projects/local initiatives on digital literacy and digital skills required among women for entering and competing in the evolving labor market in the country;
• Develop a study methodology, an outline and work plan based on collected data;
• Draft digital literacy framework for women’s employability and entrepreneurship development.

The expert is expected to work for 20 working days during the period of several months.
