International Consultant Impact Investment Expert

UNDP Georgia is looking for an International Consultant who will seek to support the development of the alternative financing mechanisms focusing on “payment by results” concept.

Consultant’s duties:

• Design a detailed operational and financial modality of the social impact bond adapted to Georgian legislation and financial framework;
• Give recommendations on the detailed roles of the stakeholders and their contract types, funding structure with payment metrics, management costs and investment types, as well as any other relevant issue to take into consideration in the structuring;
• Assist in contracting of the intermediary, who will be in charge of financial management of the Youth Employment Bond;
• Design the monitoring framework for SIB (Social Impact Bonds) to monitor and measure the results and impact of the Bond’s activities.
