Russia supports tomorrow’s entrepreneurs in Cambodia
UNDP Cambodia in partnership with UNDP Accelerator Labs, Khmer enterprise and private sector companies launched the incubation programme Bluetribe in order to scale impact on the number of entrepreneurs, ventures launched, capital raised, job creation and economic impact.
Bluetribe is a six-month full-time intensive programme that targets Cambodian youth ages 18-30 with entrepreneurial mindset and new innovative ideas to create an impactful business. It provides support to build the investment-ready start-up and offers immense opportunities for the participants leveraging local and international experience from well-known incubators and accelerators around the world, establishing professional network for getting in-house community support, supporting participants via stipends and providing access to investors and pre-seed grant funding at the end of the programme.
The incubation programme is a part of "Promoting Decent Youth Employment in Cambodia"project with the aim to expand decent employment among youth and to maximize
returns on their jobs and income opportunities in the context of the changing
landscape of Industry 4.0. The project is financed by the Russian Federation
provided through the Youth Window of the Russia-UNDP Trust Fund for
Development.
