Rapid deployment of Russian experts from the Database to UNDP programme countries around the world with a focus on the CIS countries through:

• Short-term assignments for up to 3 months;
• Peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing through mentorship for up to 1 year;
• Consultancy by a Russian institution with several experts within a few months.
